Rowland School of Gymnastics was founded by Mike and Sheryl Rowland in 1975.  David and Victoria Ballard joined them in 1985, and the school was renamed Rowland/Ballard  in 1988.  David Ballard is the director of the gymnastics school and has been the head coach since 1985 (read about him in  Meet the Instructors above).  At Rowland/Ballard, we have an excellent group of professionally trained and safety-certified coaches, and we offer comprehensive gymnastics programs for all ages, including preschool gymnastics, school-aged gymnastics, a home school program, tumbling only, super cheer, developmental gymnastics, and competitive teams.  Our mission is to provide quality training and lots of fun for our students in a safe and positive environment.
