GYMNASTICS POLICIES:

MAKE-UP CLASSES

KinderGym and School Age Gymnastics Students:  Make-ups will be scheduled through the front desk for classes missed due to illness and are limited to available space.  A missed class should be made up in the same month (if possible) and not later than the following month.  Only two make-up students per class time will be scheduled to keep our student/teacher ratio workable.  If a make-up time has been reserved and the child does not attend class, it will count as a session that has been made up.
Developmental and Competitive Teams:  No make-ups are available for missed classes.  Please see a team coach if additional instruction time is needed.

INSIDE THE GYM

Please no food, drinks, or gum in the gym.

Jewelry (except for stud earrings) is discouraged.

For safety reasons, only coaches and gymnasts are allowed in the gym during class time.  Please do not use flash photography during any class as there is the potential for momentarily blinding and/or distracting a child and causing injury.

No parents are allowed in the gym. Of course, parents and friends may observe classes at any time from the observation area. (No pictures or videos during class time.)  If a parent needs to speak with a coach, it may be possible to approach him/her between classes, but because time is very limited, it may be necessary to set an appointment through the front desk or to call at a later time.  All phone calls will be returned as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All students should wear street clothes and street shoes when arriving and departing the gymnastics facility.  Parents, please instruct your children to remain in the reception area until picked up.  (Teachers are not able to stay with students when the class is dismissed due to consecutive classes.)

KinderGym students are asked to remain in the lobby when arriving for class. Parents, please accompany your child to the restroom before class starts.  An instructor will call for them when it is time for their class to begin.  Students will be returned to the lobby at the end of class.  Parents are asked to wait for their children there.
